Payment Options

Online

  • Electronic Checks– Students and Authorized Userscan make payments electronically through their portal.
  • Credit Cards- Students and Authorized Users can make credit card payments electronically through their portal. Most credit cards are accepted and there is a convenience fee that will be charged.

By Mail

You can mail us a check or a money order. This may take a few business days to be received and processed. Please include your EMPLID located on your bill.

In Person

You can go to the Student Accounts Building to make a payment. We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cash.

Drop Box

A drop box is located outside of the Student Accounts Building. You can place your check or money order in the drop box and it will be processed the next business day. Please include your EMPLID located on your bill.

International

Internation students can pay their account through TransferMate.
